永祥興豆腐 Yong Xiang Xing Tau Foo ........ Only Yong Tau Foo with soup and nothing else

永祥興豆腐 Yong Xiang Xing Tau Foo has been in the Yong Tau Foo business for as long as the food center has been there and still at the at the same spot even though the food center has been through renovations. If the stall is opened for business, you'll definitely not miss it. The human chain will be obvious. It can form till it's half way towards the stall right opposite it.

When you reach the front of the queue, you don't get to pick and choose, just say how many bowls you need and your table number. A standard bowl cost S$3.50.

The standard bowl of  Yong Tau Foo comes with the items as shown in the photos dunk in soup and they do not serve them with noodles. It's just Yong Tau Foo with soup and nothing else.

Yong Xiang Xing makes their own Yong Tau Foo. The fish paste used on the yong tau foo was springy and smooth.
