Crystal Jade Dining IN ....... Dim Sum is fabulous too!

First I was all awe when I had my first dinner at Crystal Jade Dining IN. Now even their Dim Sum appeals to my taste buds. This dim sum feast had made Dining IN one of my best Chinese restaurant to visit. In all four visits, their service was consistently attentive. The restaurant seemed to be always filled every time I went for an indulgence. Do make a reservation as many people seem to sing the same tune as me. We definitely had more than the following dishes but I thought these were worth recommending.

Crispy Cuttlefish with Salt and Pepper
HY thought this was the best. I liked this too!

Deep Fried Prawn Roll with Mango
Tasty sweet mango hidden in between.

Deep Fried Fish Skin with Pepper and Salt
Good stuff but I would prefer it better if there was lesser
of the fish meat clinging onto the fish skin.

Steamed Shark's Fin Dumpling with Crab Roe

Shark's Fin Dumpling Soup
HY's must have dim sum dish.

Deep Fried Beancurd Skin Rolled with Shrimp

Steamed Cream Custard Bun with Egg Yolk
Beware ..... hot custard cream oozing out.

Deep Fried Pork Rib with Garlic
Very tender and tasty pork enhanced by the fried garlic.

Deep Fried Potato Paste with Curry Chicken
We thought that this looked like deep fried yam paste
but it ended up being curry puff with a mohawk hair cut.

Inside the deep fried yam paste look alike

Deep Fried Chicken Wings with Shrimp Paste

Stir Fried Rice Flour Rolls in XO sauce

Deep Fried Durian Pastry
A dish of 3. My MIL took 2. A durian lover's delight.

Mango pudding with Vanilla ice cream inside a young coconut

KennyT : They sure are tasty but I still prefer the 蓮香樓 style type of dim dum.

SistaFood : OMG they forget to add sugar ...... just kidding. I'll try the pork bun next time I'm there for dim sum :)

Amelia : I hope my photos do not beguile the taste. :)
