| Ever since HY had her favorite lobster bisque in the Lobster Bar & Grill during on of her business trip some years ago, she's been raving about the lobster bisque. When we visited the Lobster Bar and Grill this recent trip, I realized the reason. In the list of dishes in the menu, there are only 2 signature dishes, the Lobster Bisque and the Lobster Thermidor. As the name of the bar and restaurant suggests, lobster is the highlight. Our gastronomy experience at the bar and grill was enjoyable and made possible with great food coupled with excellent service. |

| Presentation for the Maine Lobster in White Wine Bouillon wasn't impressionable but the taste was exquisite. The white wine brought out the sweetness of the lobster that was tender and most importantly, very fresh. The Lobster Bisque, even though a soup and not a main dish, was the highlight of the night. It has the perfect consistency, nether too diluted nor too dense. Flavorful broth brings out the best from the lobster. The bisque had that natural sweet intensity that please the palate and not overwhelming. The other dishes were exquisite but the night belongs to the Lobster Bisque. My best lobster bisque so far. |
