Tonkichi is Tonkatsu

When the crave for Tonkatsu arise, Tonkichi is the name that will pop up.  Well according to Tonkichi,  'Tonkatsu is Tonkichi, Tonkichi is Tonkatsu' (quoted from Tonkichi's menu)

Tonkichi is part of Pokka Food and with the 3 little pigs printed right above the website address, I'm sure a pork lover like me wouldn't be disappointed here.

Grinding the white sesame is part of the ritual of eating Tonkatsu. The ground sesame will become part of the dip sauce for the tonkatsu.

Kurobuta Kata Rosu Katsu - Deep Fried Black Pork Shoulder Loin from U.S.

A section view of the Kurobuta Kata Rosu reveals the juicy tender texture of the bread crumb coated katsu. Even though it's not from Japan, with regards to its taste and texture, it was as premium as Tonkichi claimed it to be.

We ordered a couple of oyster and crab croquette to add to the tonkatsu.

The hot creamy crab paste flow slowly out from the cut of the Crab Croquette making it look so irresistable. Slurp!

In Tonkichi, there's the option to order the extra bowl of Japanese curry to accompany the tonkatsu.
