The best fried chicken thighs that I've eaten must come from Taiwan Shi Ling Night Market's 豪大大鸡排. Its big and its crispy! I'll usually like to add more chilli powder. At Shi Ling Night market near to the juntion of An Ping street (安平街）and Wen Ling Road （文林路）.
