Fu Ming Cooked Food is known for their fried carrot cake. They are given a 5 chopsticks rating by Makansutra and were voter best carrot cake by taxi drivers in a TV food show. Fu Ming make their own carrot cake. Some fried carrot cake have to be mixed well before the dish can taste well. However, Fu Ming's carrot cake is so tasty that you can "even eat it on its own". What I meant was ........ I was picking on the chunks of carrot cake that were not coated by the eggs and they still taste fragrant without the egg coating. Fu Ming still sells S$2 carrot cake.
