Nam Sing Hokkien Fried Mee 南星福建虾面 been in the Old Airport Road hawker center for sometime now. The uncle wears safety googles while whipping up his fare. The fried prawn mee here is a slightly damp/wet version but ultimately flavourful. Delicious! Its worth a 30~40mins wait! Anyway you won't be the only one waiting :)
