Tanglin Halt Western Food has good pork and chicken cutlets. The pork chop is good too! This is one of my favourite budget western food. You have a choice of rice instead of fries. The rice is cooked with ginger to get it more fragrant. Michelle Chia "endorsed" it in one of the Mediacorp food shows.
